Abiy Ahmed re-elected as a prime minister of Ethiopia, a position he held since April 2020.
His election comes as he face a growing pressure because of the active war in Amhara and Tigray region.
Following the formation of Ethiopian government today, the parliament also re-elected Tagesse Chafo as a speaker.
Former President of Amhara Region, Agegnehu Teshager, has been appointed as a speaker of the House of Federation.
